I just got a new phone and wanted to sync my pictures from Dashwire back onto my phone. Is that possible?

Yes, this is possible. If you are using the Dashwire Mobile 2.0 application, available from m.dashwire.com, just download it to your phone, sign in with your account, and your photos on Dashwire will appear within the Dashwire Mobile client for viewing, editing and sharing from your phone.

They way your response is worded leads me to think that Dashwire doesn't sync with the phone but only allows you to view, edit and share from the phone using the Dashwire Mobile Client. Is this correct? Because images that I delete on Dashwire web "appear" as deleted when using Dashwire mobile yet they are still in my phones "My Photo" folder.

Any answer to the post from Moto Q9c user?  I noticed the exact same thing with the same phone.  I'm using Windows Mobile 6.1 and Dashwire 2.0.  Pics on my phone don't sync with the ones stored on Dashwire.  Meaning if I delete a photo on Dashwire the pic doesn't get deleted from my phone's "My Photos" folder..  However Dashwire Mobile will not show the deleted photo (it matches what I see on my online Dashwire account).

To sum it up the deleted photo stays on my phone but not on Dashwire online or Dashwire mobile.

Dashwire will upload photos and videos stored in your phone or SD card if located in My Pictures, My Videos, or DCIM.  Once in the cloud, you can access them from your Dashwire Mobile client, if set to automatic sync

You are correct though.  We do not offer true 2-way media file sync, meaning that if you deleted on the web, it won't delete the full file on the phone, and vice versa.  We're looking to enhance memory management functionality, but have actually heard from most of our users that they like the fact that they can store on the web but still clear up memory on the phone
