No contacts syncing - Vogue WM6.1 (Sprint)

Try a soft reset of the phone and see if it changes things. Usually that will fix the contact upload problem. That could fix the "conversations" window as well. If it doesn't, try viewing your dashboard using Firefox (if your aren't already).

You've got a "bad" picture assigned to one of your contacts. In order to fix it you'll need to look at all the contact photos and make sure they look right. Definitely a drag. Sorry.

This is also a bug that has been fixed for the next release.

that's unfortunate... I DO have exactly 1 contact assigned a picture via s2v (slide2view)... it makes it where when they call and S2U2 shows their photo full-screen the pic is not all grainy/blurry from being stretched... i'll try removing it & see if they sync

well that wasn't it... even after soft-reset they don't seem to sync... so looks like i get to sift through 300+ contacts =( will report if/when i fix it

ok i went to outlook 07 and sorted contacts by attachment... went through deleting every one with a picture... came to one that 'should' have had a picture but there actually was none... i think it was the culprit... contacts are sync'd now but they aren't sorted properly in the 'contacts' panel

the 'conversations' panel works now as well

Sorry you had to go through all your contacts like that...fortunately that fixed it. Refresh your web browser to get your contacts sorted correctly.
